Tom has been with Corporate Traveler since 2011, where he started as a Travel Manager. In 2016 he joined the Customer Success team and has worked with many of Corporate Traveler's largest customers with most complex travel programs. In 2023 he was appointed to Head of Customer Success and leads the program for the US.
Alys Klouse
Senior Director, Partner Engagement & Development @ Crisis24
At Crisis24, Alys manages the relationships with Insurance and Medical Partners and their clients. During her 16 years at iJET/WorldAware now Crisis24, Alys supported multinational organizations in building solutions to prepare their people, understand their exposure and respond when required. Alys was also responsible for implementing, developing strategies, and managing travel and operational risk management programs. Prior to joining Crisis24, Alys held positions both in the US and abroad centered on international business and finance
Audra Bright
Clinical Research Project Manager @ Indiana University School of Medicine
Audra is working on the Parkinson's Progression Markers Initiative (PPMI) study at the Indiana University School of Medicine. Her responsibilities include managing a team that oversees all aspects of participant travel to longitudinal yearly visits to clinical sites across the United States and Canada. This encompasses communication between participant, site, travel vendor, and sponsor to ensure participants travel with ease, stay within visit window, and maintain budget expectations.
Brooke Kassner
Director, Global Security & Operations @ Internews
Brooke manages specific safety and security management systems of Internews' global offices including physical security office management; medical and security trainings; organizational crisis management and response; implementation of global security protocols and procedures, and more.
Cassie Kerton
Senior Manager, Global Travel @ Topcon Positioning Group
Cassie joined Topcon in September 2007 as Executive Assistant to the CEO of the Agriculture Business Unit. During that time Cassie gradually took over the Management of the AG BU Global Travel Program utilising Concur Travel and engaged with Corporate Traveler to consolidate travel spend and improve traveller safety and wellbeing. In March 2018 Cassie’s role expanded to manage the Global Travel Program for Topcon Positioning Systems, since then she is one of the project management team implementing Concur Travel and Expense their global offices supported by Corporate Traveler.
