  • Ditch the strict price caps – Instead, focus on well-documented rules that allow flexibility.

  • Prioritize traveler experience – Spencer Hebert emphasized that confidence in a travel program comes from simplicity: “To increase confidence in your program, simplicity is key. Keep it as simple as you want. Corporate Traveler has recommendations to help tailor a policy for your company.”
